The Symposium covered topics such as the effect of climate change in Arctic countries especially on food chain, human health and habitat. Projects of European Union on this important issue were discussed. Further, due to Prostate Cancer Awareness week, effect of food in various types of cancer were discussed. I also made a speech at the symposium on the importance of Gastronomy, Healthy Eating and Geographical indications on Sustainability.
