Aslıhan Koruyan Sabancı received her Bachelor of Science in Economics, with a minor in Interdisciplinary Business from Texas A&M University, USA. She then completed a Masters Degree in Business Administration (MBA) from SDA Bocconi University in Italy and Cornell University Johnson Graduate School of Management, New York, USA.


She further completed the following executive education programs from Cornell University, New York, USA: Financial Management (2004), Master Certificate in Essentials of Hospitality Management (2006), Master Certificate in Foodservice Management (2008), Hospitality Marketing (2008) and Certificate in Plant Based Nutrition (2009), “Wellness Counseling” (2021), “Nutrition and Healthy Living” (2021), “Digital Photography” (2021), “Business Law” (2021), “Wines of France” and Harvard University Medical School’s HMX Fundamentals program including Genetics, Immunology, Pharmacology (2021), Cornell University "Medicinal Plants" (2023)

She completed various culinary education on International Cuisines both in Turkey and abroad  including Le Cordon Bleu Cooking School. She executed many educational programs in Istanbul, Germany and France with world famous chefs.


Aslıhan Koruyan Sabancı represented Turkey in Miss World Beauty Pageant in 1991, taking place of  5th runner-up and also earned the title of European Queen of Beauty. She started her career in 1998 in United States of America in Johnson & Johnson Family of Companies Medical Devices and Diagnostics. She took many different upper managerial positions with Johnson & Johnson Ethicon, Inc. and Ethicon Endo-Surgery, Inc. in New York, New Jersey, Cincinnati and Istanbul.


Aslıhan Koruyan Sabancı started writing her books since 2010. She completed five books on health and nutrition which she wrote both in English and Turkish. She published her first book in 2011.

In 2012, she won the “Best Health and Nutrition Cookbook in the World” Award at the 17th International World Gourmand Cookbook Awards, held in Paris, with her first cookbook Gluten Free Mediterranean Cuisine-Invaluable Recommendations for a Healthy Immune System.


In 2016, she won “Best Diet Book in the World” award for Lifestyle Body and Soul by International World Gourmand Cookbook Awards, held in China, with her second book Health and Beauty Home Remedies Natural Recipes-Recommendations.


In 2017 she won "Best Mediterranean Cookbook in the World” award by International World Gourmand Cookbook Awards, held in China with her third book “Mediterranean Gourmet Cuisine For Children Healthy Natural Lifestyle from Baby to Adulthood”


In 2020 she won “Best of the Best 25 Years Award” by Gourmand World Cookbook Awards 2020 in the following categories with her three books: “Best Health and Nutrition Cookbook”, “Best Diet Book”, “Best Mediterranean Cuisine Book” and was displayed at the Alfred Nobel Björkborn Museum in Sweden with the best cookbooks of past 25 years at the “International Cookbook Exhibition”

In 2023 she won "Best Diet Book in the Word” award by International World Gourmand Cookbook Awards, held in Umea Sweden, with her fourth book "Gluten Free Sugar Free Gourmet Cuisine Desserts and Saltines"

In 2023 she won second place in "Best of the Best, Best Book of the Year in the Word” award by International World Gourmand Cookbook Awards, held in Umea Sweden, with her fifth book "Nature's Therapeutic Recipes"

In 2023 she won "Best Food and Nature Book in the World” and "Best of the Best 25 Years" award by International World Gourmand Cookbook Awards, held in Riyadh, with her fifth book "Nature's Therapeutic Recipes"

Aslıhan Sabancı is the founder of ASLIHAN KORUYAN SABANCI brand and serves at the Sedes Holding as the founding shareholder and Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors since 2003. She is married and has three children.
